HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?
- It usually takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the tracking system. Please do not worry , you can check it later or email us to help you out.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
We suggest you place order by having an account, so you can easily view your order status and order history and receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions if you like.
WHAT IF I TYPED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?
- You may modify your order information within 24 hours since you make order. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your correct information, we will correct this ASAP.
- All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate and your card issuer will processes the transaction.
- We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not be stored.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
- You may modify your order information or cancel your order within 24 hours since you make order, otherwise, you parcel can be processed so we can not change any shipping information or cancel the order for you. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately via email at email@example.com and give us your correct information, we will correct this ASAP. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
- Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you type/enter is required to be English input method, including punctuation. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
U.S orders will be shipped via ePacket & FEDEX and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number 1-3 days after we have shipped your order. You can track your order on our website.
ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE'S MY ORDER?
- We have a large assortment of products and when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so you can get them faster. You can email us via email if you can not find another tracking information.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
- All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse locations in the US, UK or China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive a shipping notificaiton email after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
- The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars.It is determined by your local customs office whether you need to pay taxes and duties or not.We are sorry that we can not clear any payment related to any taxes and duties and can not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your need to return a parcel, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that If items sent back to us without our agreement we may not get the parcel and we can not issue refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED AR DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
